Site registration guidelines

If a customer is unsure of how to register a new site, they may refer to the instructions outlined below.

Required documentation and submissions

  1. 01

    Formal request letter

    Addressed directly to the Director General of the Ministry.

  2. 02

    Location map

    A detailed map displaying GPS coordinates along with nearby landmarks (such as schools, hospitals, and playgrounds) situated within 15 metres of the proposed site.

  3. 03

    Site layout plan

    A detailed layout plan indicating site dimensions (in metres) and boundaries, along with the specific positions of the planned tower, power equipment, and radio infrastructure for the applicant licensee.

  4. 04

    Planned radio apparatus specifications

    A comprehensive description covering:

    • Structure type (e.g. tower, mast, etc.)
    • Antenna specifications, including type, make, and model
    • Antenna height above ground level
    • Operational frequency bands
    • Transmitter radio frequency power (EIRP in dBW per carrier)
    • Electromagnetic Field (EMF) exposure levels measured in µT
  5. 05

    Declaration of compliance

    Formal declaration confirming adherence to ICNIRP standards and procedures, duly signed by every licensee operating radio equipment at the proposed location.

After reviewing the guidelines

Proceed to the registration portal to complete the online application form and submit all required supporting documentation.
